Position Summary:

Are you a motivated, customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a green thumb that has a background in residential landscape sales? Look no further! We are seeking a talented Inside Salesperson to join our team at MC Landscaping, LLC

As an Inside Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective residential clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that transform their outdoor spaces. Your exceptional sales skills and genuine enthusiasm for creating beautiful landscapes will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and nurture relationships.
• Actively listen to clients' landscaping needs, assess their requirements, and present them with innovative design ideas and service offerings.
• Provide accurate and detailed quotes and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our residential landscaping services.
• Collaborate with our team of designers and project managers to develop customized solutions that meet client expectations.
• Follow up with clients, address any concerns or questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and updates in our CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to effectively communicate the unique advantages of our residential landscaping services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential landscape, hardscape, and maintenance sales
• Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in a residential or home services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Passion for residential landscaping and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales software tools.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales professional to join our team with a base salary draw of $80,000 per year. This draw ensures a competitive income while you focus on utilizing the leads supplied to you and closing deals. As an Inside Salesperson, your success in generating revenue through sales will be rewarded with uncapped commissions. There is no limit to how much you can sell or earn in commissions, offering tremendous earning potential based on your sales achievements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
